How can I do payment?

For the sample order, stock-item order, they are required the full payment before shipping. The bulk order can be paid 30% deposit in advance and rest 70% balance before shipping.

How does the lifetime guarantee work?

Miss Jewelry is committed to providing highest standard jewelry. If your products damage, fade, or break during normal daily wearing,  the Guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece – free of charge. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

Is your gold plating just like any other companies?

No, our gold plated products are finished using micron e-coat plating and PVD plating. The process we use is the highest quality AA+ plating available. This process allows our gold plated jewelry to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting available.

What are the steps for placing custom orders?

First of all, please send anything (pictures, video or draft drawing) to show your ideas, accurate size for the products is necessary, and you can share other spacial requirements like paving stones, making logo, etc. Our professional design team will help to make your ideas come true.
